[Blosxom]

Blosxom “is a lightweight yet feature-packed weblog application designed from the ground up with simplicity, usability, and interoperability in mind.

Blosxom is simple, straightforward, minimalist Perl affording even the dabbler an opportunity for experimentation and customization.

Blosxom was originally written by Rael Dornfest, who in September 2005 handed over its maintenance and evolution to other developers. The new group set up a Sourceforge Project and shortly after, in December 2005, they were able to release their first bugfix version, Blosxom 2.0.1.
