Nucleus 3.31 released

Nucleus CMS version 3.31 has some new features and a lot of minor improvements.
“We recommend Nucleus CMS 3.31 for new installations” but “if you are running a Nucleus CMS 3.24 installation there is no urgency to upgrade.”
Note: Nucleus version 3.3 was made available on SourceForge, but no official announcement was published, because there was a possible security risk, now fixed, in the NP_Ping plugin.
