GreyMatter 1.7.4 available

GreyMatter 1.7.4 has been released.

Among the new features there are a few anti-spam improvements: the commenter must come from a page on the GM site, and has to go to the preview page, enhanced with a secret value. In addition, comments are throttled to slow down possible spammers.

Drupal 4.7.8 and 5.3

Drupal 4.7.8 and 5.3 are maintenance releases that fix problems reported using the bug tracking system, as well as some security vulnerabilities.

There are no new features in these installments, but several security vulnerabilities have been fixed. Details can be found in the Drupal official security advisories and in the release announcement.

The Xoops development team is pleased to announce the release of Xoops

This is merely a bugfix release. Some main changes include:
– Bugfix for login problems with some IE browsers caused by session_regenerate_id on some PHP versions;
– Improvement on uploader mimetype check.

Users who still suffer from login problem are suggested to turn on custom session in system preferences, or set “enableRegenerateId” to FALSE in /kernel/session.php line #78.

RunCms 1.5.3

RunCMS 1.5.3 is the latest stable version in 1.5 branch, and should also be the last 1.5 version, since the team is now fully concentrated on producing a RunCMS 1.6 stable.

PHP-Fusion version 6.01.12

As a part of our continued commitment to v6.01 we are pleased to have v6.01.12 available. This release fixes a number of long standing issues. We have integrated a new captcha code (from v7) which should stop non-human registrations. Secondly, we’ve added the double MD5 hashed user passwords feature, again from v7.

CMS Made Simple 1.2

What has changed in CMSMS 1.2?

This version adds many administration improvements, a new file manager, a PDF generation plugin, and of course fixes a few existing issues.

Version 1.2 is now the ‘Stable’ version, the 1.1 branch will no longer be maintained. This is also intended to be the last version of the 1.x series and, unless there are critical bugs or security issues, the next version will be CMSMS 2.0.

A security flaw has been found in one file of Tikiwiki, so you should consider upgrading immediately to Tikiwiki

This nasty flaw is on a file that is not even optional, and can be exploited on any version of Tikiwiki since 1.9.1, where TikiSheet was introduced.

e107 version 0.7.9 “is chock full of bug fixes from the previous version. Very few new features (sorry). We are hard at work on the new feature release version (tentatively 0.8) while maintaining 0.7 as the stable release.

eZ publish 3.10 and 4.0 alpha

Today eZ Systems has released eZ Publish 3.10 final, as well as an alpha version of eZ Publish 4.0 (which runs on PHP 5).

eZ Publish 4.0 marks the start of the next generation of eZ Publish. “Users have enjoyed and relied upon the features and robustness of eZ Publish for many years” says CEO Aleksander Farstad. “By making eZ Publish compatible with PHP 5, we are leveraging the advantages provided by the current PHP platform.”
